Shipping Information:
Orders for customized products take 5 - 10 business days to be filled from our store. After orders are produced, shipping times vary according to distance from Orem, Utah.
When offered as a promotion, we pay for your shipping costs to destinations within the United States! Otherwise, we charge a flat rate for shipping within the U.S.
For shipping destinations outside the U.S. a $9.95 flat rate shipping charge per order will be added during checkout.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Due to the per order basis of our custom family tree products and personalized products, we cannot accept returns of these items. However, we guarantee your satisfaction, so please contact us if you have any concerns with your order.

How do I provide my family tree information?
It's simple! Follow the 1-2-3 Easy Order Process above. To ensure the accuracy of your order, we send a verification email that has a PDF file attached with your design that you should check over and approve by return email. Once you approve the design, we will proceed to sew out your product and ship it to you.
How long can family names be in family tree products?
Each name field will allow 21 characters including spaces for block character fonts.
What if my family names are longer than the maximum name character limit?
We recommend that you include an initial instead of a middle name if a particular family name exceeds the maximum name character limit.
How do I provide my personalization information for personalized embroidery products?
All personalized embroidery products such as temple wedding gifts will require the personalization information to be emailed to us or you may send it by snail mail. To ensure the accuracy of your order, we send a verification email that has a PDF file attached with your design that you should check over and approve by return email. Once you approve the design, we will proceed to sew out your product and ship it to you.
